Account Representative, Sr. develops relationships with mid-sized clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Representative, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Representative, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Representative, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     As an agency Insurance Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

    Responsibilities
    • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
    • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
    • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
    • Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
    • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
    • Provide a positive customer experience to retain customers.
    Job Qualifications
    • Property & Casualty license required by first day of employment.
    • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
    • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
    • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Completes communication and tasks in a timely manner.
