Account Representative, Sr. develops relationships with mid-sized clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Representative, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Representative, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Corporate Concepts is located on the NY/CT state borders and is currently seeking to hire an Entry Level Account Representative to join our staff.

The primary responsibilities for an Entry Level Account Representative are:
· Develop a business development plan
· Utilize an effective and efficient system
· Succeed in company-sponsored training classes
· Meet with customer in-person to discuss their areas of need
· Specialize in customer retention and customer acquisition through face-to-face meetings
· Maintain records on customer interactions
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree is preferred, but not required
· Interpersonal and communications skills are a must
· 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-based type role such as: restaurant, retail, sales, and business development
· Easy to adapt in any kind of situation
