DCD Automotive Holdings, Inc. is hiring an Automotive Finance Account Representative

This position is responsible for increasing employee engagement by teaching new skills and knowledge to our employees. This position will be primarily responsible for training our new and existing Sales Consultants, Business Managers and Service Advisors. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of Automotive Sales and Financing.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess training needs within the Sales, Finance and Service departments.
• Develop programs and curriculum for new and existing employees in the Sales, Finance and Service departments. Responsible for training on all F&I products.
• Responsible for evaluating, designing, coordinating and delivering a comprehensive range of training and educational programs, developing appropriate modifications if needed.
• Meets with General Managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
• Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training.
• Territory includes Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont. Reliable transportation is required. Overnight stays may be required.

Education/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, finance, Human Resources or other related fields.
• Must have significant Automotive Finance Management experience with a proven track record
• Creative and problem solving skills to invent ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners.
• Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner.
• The willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching.
