Account Representative, Sr. develops relationships with mid-sized clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Representative, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Representative, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Representative, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     How you contribute to our success
    The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing multiple large to jumbo strategic client accounts. The Senior Account Manager's responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our industry, business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and act as a client advocate to coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience. The Senior Account Manager is passionate, proactive and solution-oriented. To be successful, you must be able to achieve the following key deliverable and metrics:

    • Management and retention  of strategic accounts and opportunities by building strong, trusting relationships

    • Coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs
    • Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes
    • Mentor new employees on organizational standards and processes
    • Develop account management strategies

    Experience & Education needed for success in this role
    Experience
    • Minimum five years of industry specific account management experience
    Education
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    Physical & Working Environment
    • Normal mental and visual attention is required. Normal office working conditions requiring continuous use of both hands. Sitting most of the time, may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
    • Position requires occasional bending, squatting, twisting and climbing stairs. There are minimal exposures to workplace hazards.
