Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Campaign Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating political and marketing campaigns to drive success. This will be a paid position if the candidate is able to successfully able to fundraise. The Campaign Manager can turn into a full-time position if candidate is elected.

Responsibilities:

- Being able to fundraise

-Develop and implement strategic campaign plans
- Conduct telemarketing and door-to-door activities to promote the campaign
- Manage campaign budget and allocate resources effectively
- Supervise and train campaign staff
- Negotiate with vendors and external partners
- Engage in fundraising activities to support the campaign
- Communicate campaign goals and progress to stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in campaign management, sales, or related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to market effectively and drive engagement
- Demonstrated success in fundraising efforts
