We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Bilingual Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our diverse clientele, handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities :
Process insurance policy applications, renewals, and updates accurately and promptly.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery and workflow efficiency.Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy features.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements :
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required. Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles preferred .
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance management software is a plus.
