Account Representative, Sr. develops relationships with mid-sized clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Representative, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Representative, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Representative, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Description
Sell TruGreen services in the residential industry to new and existing customers. Channels include in-person and outbound phone calls.
Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within given territories. Generate and secure new residential sales revenue by scheduling appointments to meet with prospective customers who request a quote online or by phone, and prospecting the neighboring homes.
Work home and garden show booths to generate new residential leads. Manage small groups of temporary resources for designated territories.
Execute multiple campaigns throughout the season to maximize growth, and upsell services to existing customers. Responsible for direct customer contact for retention campaigns.
