Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Representative, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Representative, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Representative, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Key Responsibilities: 

    • Take charge of consumer outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency to collect funds on past-due accounts. 
    • Provide exceptional customer service and execute effective collection efforts. 
    • Initiate outbound calls to delinquent customers, persuading them to make payment arrangements. 
    • Serve as a valuable team player by assisting and backing up other representatives as needed. 
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills across departments. 

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a collection professional. 
    • High school diploma or equivalent experience required. 
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer interaction experience. 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
    • Proficient in basic computer operations. 
    • Flexible and adaptable to rapid changes. 
    • Ability to work under pressure, goal-oriented, and competitive. 
    • Strong work ethic and ability to remain focused. 

    Compensation and Benefits: 

    • Competitive hourly rate ranging from $17 - $23 per hour, plus a lucrative commission/incentive/bonus plan. 
    • Flexible work schedule: Choose between 5 days a week or 4 days with 10-hour shifts.
