Account Representative, Sr. develops relationships with mid-sized clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Representative, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Representative, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Representative, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. How you will make an impact - Provide Balance Sheet account reconciliations - Engage in various department-wide initiatives - Allocate and prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management - Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP - Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors - Present analysis on financial results such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. - Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process - Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary - When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls.
