Account Representative, Sr. develops relationships with mid-sized clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Representative, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Representative, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Representative, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Ensure customer beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained and rotated Sell new and promotional items and make plans for floor and cooler space with store decision maker, by working with retail managers at customer locations to promote the most sales revenue Maintains back room/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area Sell yearly Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) and ensure agreements are followed throughout the year Interact with Delivery Merchandiser OFS to ensure that accounts are restocked and displays built in alignment with company standards and agreement with store decision maker Organize and arrange for pickup/credit of product unfit for sale insuring that expired or damaged product is not sold to consumers Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events Requirements: High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on a IPhone and IPad devices Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid driver’s license Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements Reliable form of transportation Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business Lift up to 50 pounds
