Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree.     POSITION SUMMARY
    The Account Representative (AR) Supervisor provides supervision to the Account Rep team, as well as team trainers.This supervisor oversees a department which provides inside sales support, and handles customer setup requirements. This department also interacts extensively with Sales, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and Operations to set correct expectations for service and elevate issues to management when necessary. The AR Supervisor operates in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, where multi-tasking is a must, and understanding the priorities of the workload is critical. This person spends a considerable time scheduling and managing workload, leading and developing people, collaborating interdepartmentally, and supports leadership of customer experience department.

    JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES
    • Supervises Account Rep I team and/or Account Rep II team.
    • Provides overall customer support and management to internal and external customers.
    • Research, document, and correct customer information in various computer systems.
    • Reviews various customer issues and problems, coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments.
    • Assists Customer Service Manager and serve as backup..
    • Fulfills all the requirements and duties of Account Rep I & II.
    • Approves Vacation Time Off, maintains AR Vacation Schedule, coordinates and schedules holiday vacation schedules
    • Supervises the training/on-boarding of new hires and works directly with the Account Rep Trainer(s) on training check-in feedback.
    • Maintains onboarding process with all new hires and submits signed off training to the Customer Service Manager.
    • Handles a few key accounts – steps in to handle other accounts as AR’s are out of office
    • Assists with managing the AR’s account lists and workloads, making changes as needed.
    • Creates both standard and custom reports requested management including but not limited to weekly/monthly orders entered.
    • Approves, when necessary, special prices, quotes, and adjustments.
    • Works with IT on development items or modifications in E1 or other programs as needed.
    • Assists with or leads special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities.
    • Gather information and input for AR evaluations/reviews.
    • Assists in the hiring process for new AR’s by screening candidates, attending interviews, decision making and planning.
    • The AR Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating training sessions (new or refresh) should we implement a new system or process, or if the need for supplemental training becomes clear.
    • Assists with Acquisitions AR duties and assists with getting the new branch set up.
    • Facilitates AR meetings as needed.
    • The AR Supervisor will work with the Billing Department to ensure their direct reports meet the billing guidelines and assist with EOM closeout as needed.
    This position is in office, full time. Light traveling might be required.
