Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Representative, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Representative, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Representative, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. NFP is hiring a Sr. Account Coordinator. This is a support role, requiring the Senior Coordinator to assist the account teams by providing basic administrative and support functions in the team's day-to-day servicing of clients. While in this role, the Senior Coordinator is beginning to have client contact, via more senior team members. They may join meetings and client calls but will be responsible for listening, taking notes and providing follow up to the team. In this role, the Senior Coordinator will begin to learn the functions of the Account Manager, most specifically begin to get exposure to the RFP process and continue to expand upon their industry knowledge through special projects as directed by senior team members.

The base salary range for this position is $40,000 – $70,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
