We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Account Representative to handle roof and interior construction projects to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection of roofs, assessment of interior damage, customer interaction, contract administration, and project management of roof installations.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough inspections of roofs for damage and wear, and determine the necessary repairs or replacements needed.
2. Evaluate interior damage and provide repair recommendations.
3. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the inspection findings, proposed solutions, and service contracts in a clear, concise manner.
4. Obtain signatures from customers on contracts to use our company’s services.
5. Manage and supervise roof installation projects, ensuring completion within budget and timeframe.
6. Coordinate with roofing teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, providing timely and appropriate solutions.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all undertaken projects.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in roof inspection and project management.
2. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision.
5. Familiarity with roofing materials, installation techniques, basic construction knowledge and industry safety standards.
6. Competency in project management tools and software.
7. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
