Account Representative, Sr. develops relationships with mid-sized clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Representative, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Representative, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Objective:
The Account Representative will be responsible for managing the inventory, building relationships with staff and administration at accounts, collecting and reviewing claims with account staff, and helping manage set up and delivery of equipment as appropriate. The Account Representative will be responsible for Chester County, PA and northern DE.
Key Functions:
· Manage inventory
· Weekly and bi-weekly visits to accounts within the assigned region
· Deliver and stock medical equipment products to accounts
· Build relationships with staff and administration at accounts
· Review claims and review incomplete claims with account staff
· Collect claims and return to main office
· Help manage set up and delivery of equipment as appropriate
· Provide excellent customer service
Competencies
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to lift 20-50 lbs
· Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and carry
Qualifications
· Experience working in supply chain or logistics
· Knowledgeable of DME products
· Maintain high levels of credibility, integrity, and honesty
