Account Representative, Sr. develops relationships with mid-sized clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Representative, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Representative, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Representative, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Position Summary:
    We are actively seeking an ambitious, goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our growing team as a Sales Account Representative. In this outside sales role, you will be responsible for all sales activities in a specified territory with your primary objective being to establish relationships with business owners and manage a portfolio of clients. You will be prospecting clients, networking, and making sales calls in the field daily. The right person for this role will be confident in their abilities and have a strong work ethic. This is a full time position and the responsibilities include:
    • Create, manage, and develop a sales pipeline in the B2B market through a combination of utilizing our CRM, warm calling and building new relationships.
    • Manage client relationships to ensure that we retain, renew, and expand our relationships with existing clients.
    • Network with the local business community and develop new business relationships.
    • Become an expert in all our products and services that we offer.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients.
    • Manage and update pipeline opportunities utilizing our CRM.
    • Attend all staff meetings and corporate training events.
    • Provide the highest level of customer service.
    Qualifications:
    • A proven track record of success in sales, business, customer service or a leadership role is preferred.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with decision makers at all levels.
