Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (Monday - Friday) Work Arrangement: In OfficeLicense: Property & Casualty License in PA or be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty LicenseTransferable Industries: Insurance, Sales, Banking, Retail, Administration

This position's responsibilities include sales and servicing support of personal and commercial lines accounts. Insurance experience is preferred.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
• Communicate effectively and accurately with clients over the phone, in person, and via email.
• Collect necessary underwriting information to evaluate risk.
• Quote and issue policies through multiple insurance companies.
• Answer phone calls and emails to service client accounts.
• Process and review endorsement changes.
• Prepare and issue certificates of insurance.
• Develop a strong understanding of agency management systems, carrier websites, products, and coverages.
• Establish relationships with clients and carrier representatives.
