Responsibilities:

• Work with customers in numerous ways such as by email, telephone, in person, and at their place of business.
• You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Work to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
• Attend networking (BNI, etc) groups and grow our brand in the city

Requirements:

• 1 year of sales experience is required
• There will be a focus on the apartment association and commercial real estate brokers, so someone with property manager or real estate experience would be a plus!
• Our ideal candidate for this position is outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and can build relationships.
• Great listening skills, documentation, and organization are highly valued in candidates for this position.
• You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• No weekends
