    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Take charge of consumer outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency to collect funds on past-due accounts. 
    • Provide exceptional customer service and execute effective collection efforts. 
    • Initiate outbound calls to delinquent customers, persuading them to make payment arrangements. 
    • Serve as a valuable team player by assisting and backing up other representatives as needed. 
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills across departments. 

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a collection professional. 
    • High school diploma or equivalent experience required. 
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer interaction experience. 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
    • Proficient in basic computer operations. 
    • Flexible and adaptable to rapid changes. 
    • Ability to work under pressure, goal-oriented, and competitive. 
    • Strong work ethic and ability to remain focused. 

    Compensation and Benefits: 

    • Competitive hourly rate ranging from $17 - $23 per hour, plus a lucrative commission/incentive/bonus plan. 
    • Flexible work schedule: Choose between 5 days a week or 4 days with 10-hour shifts.
