    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative at our reputable trenchless sewer company. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our innovative trenchless sewer solutions. Your passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the sewer industry will be key to your success in this role.
     

    Responsibilities:

    1. Prospect and Generate Leads:

    - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.

    - Utilize various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals, to generate leads.

    - Build a robust pipeline of prospects and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

     

    2. Client Relationship Management:

    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

    - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

    - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.

     

    3. Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling:

    - Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our trenchless sewer solutions.

    - Conduct on-site inspections, assess client requirements, and provide expert recommendations.

    - Collaborate with our technical team to develop customized proposals and quotes based on client specifications.

     

    4. Sales Cycle Management:

    - Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.

    - Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

    - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to trenchless sewer solutions.

     

    5. Team Collaboration:

    - Collaborate effectively with the internal team, including engineers, project managers, and customer service representatives, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

    - Attend sales meetings and contribute insights, ideas, and feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.

     

    Qualifications:

    - Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the sewer industry or a related field.

    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

    - Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on exceeding sales targets.

    - Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex solutions to clients.

    - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

    • Have and maintain a clean driving record.
    • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

    • 5 years of industry experience
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Sales Force experience, a plus
