Join ServiceMaster Restore’s Sales Team! Qualified candidates will be responsible for selling disaster restoration services to commercial businesses within a defined service area. Qualified candidates will have proven experience in Business-to-Business Sales.

What the job looks like - Job Description:
- Manage accounts to maintain current service revenue streams and generate new revenues from the sale of our services.
- Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including: sales to new and existing clients, pipeline management and support as needed.
- Must be able to prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships.
- Researching and finding qualified businesses to sign Local, Regional and National Pre-Loss Agreements.
- Promote the overall success of the company through constantly improving sales, sales techniques and relationships.
What you’ll be doing - Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through research, calling, presenting and referrals.
- Participate in Business Networking Groups within assigned Territory.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, office visits and meetings.
- Resolve any customer inquiries and issues.
- Communicate with customers regarding the restoration process and schedule.
- Submit activity reports, as required.
- Develop successful sales techniques and share with the team.
- Meet sales quotas each month, quarter and year.
