**Position Overview:**
We are seeking high-energy, experienced Marketing & Sales Account Representatives to join our DFW Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter, passionate about helping others, and possesses excellent communication skills. This role involves connecting with business owners and executives nationwide to secure advertising on promotional products and promote spirit items and fundraising opportunities.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Conduct high-volume outbound phone call campaigns

**Required Qualifications:**
- Previous work experience in Sales, Marketing, Product, or Business Development
- Motivated to secure sales

- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 3 years of outbound, phone-based sales experience
- Prior Hospitality experience
- Prior Call Center experience
