Account Services Representative provides superior customer service to account holders by responding to questions about their account and processing transactions and fills in as teller as needed. May process account openings, closings, and distributions following standard procedures and regulations. Being an Account Services Representative resolves customer issues and escalates complex cases to the appropriate bank staff. Knowledgeable about bank products and services. Additionally, Account Services Representative identifies cross-selling opportunities as appropriate, and may refer customers to other bank resources. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Services Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Account Representative (FT - Mississippi)The Blood Center is now interviewing for a full-time position in sales and marketing to recruit in Mississippi (Hancock, Harrison and Jackson County). DATE NEEDED: Immediately
POSITION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE Ensure that the annual blood collection goals are met by managing a specific territory within The Blood Center's service area. This includes directing and motivating volunteer chairpeople, coordinating the efforts of various blood center departments to ensure that the collection goals are met and function as a consultant both internally and externally to advise the most effective method for blood drive promotions and collections. Recruit minority donors in the eastern New Orleans area. Develop potential group leads and educate donor groups on the need for minority donors.
