Job Description:
Follow up on all insurance claims billed within 35 days of billing and every 4-21 days thereafter until paid in full. Post payments. Calculate, transfer and bill secondary insurance or patient balances. Resolve insurance denials and underpayments. Prepare appeals and corrected claims as needed. Balance cash posted with cash deposits at month end.
