Accounts Receivable Representative

Hybrid or Remote, Must be within 30 miles of 101-105 Mall Boulevard, Monroeville, PA 15146

: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm EST - training week will be Tuesday-Wednesday 8:30 am-5:00 pm EST

The AR Representative is charged with maximizing cash flow by ensuring that an accurate and complete accounting of each members balance due is maintained. This position will also be responsible for documenting and executing account reconciliation through potential adjustments and refunds due on patients account. The representative will also be monitoring and working payment errors and reversal reports on a weekly basis

• Minimum 1 year experience performing healthcare reimbursement, medical insurance/billing or related work.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with healthcare reimbursement systems.
• 1 year of experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Entry level position; 0-2 years of pharmacy billing experience
• ​Ability to prioritize daily tasks.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Customer service skills with the ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Good computer skills requiring basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Typing Skills

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
