Account Services Representative, Sr. provides superior customer service to account holders by responding to questions about their account and processing transactions and fills in as teller as needed. May process account openings, closings, and distributions following standard procedures and regulations. Being an Account Services Representative, Sr. resolves customer issues and escalates complex cases to the appropriate bank staff. Knowledgeable about bank products and services. Additionally, Account Services Representative, Sr. identifies cross-selling opportunities as appropriate, and may refer customers to other bank resources. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Services Representative, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.     We are currently looking for a full time Client Account Representative to work in our clinic, Monday through Friday.
    The Client Account Representative’s duties include:
    • Financial Intakes/Updates
    • Client Statements and Balances
    • EAP Services
    • Chart Audits
    This position will be required to start early in the morning (6:00 or 6:30am).
    Minimum Requirements:
    High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to type 45 wpm accurately. Must have related experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting practices, experience in customer service and working in an office setting. Must have strong computer skills with knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment and be detail oriented. Working knowledge of MITS, knowledge of Medicaid and private insurance billing requirements and experience with CPT and ICD-9 coding, a plus
