May process account openings, closings, and distributions following standard procedures and regulations. Being an Account Services Representative, Sr. resolves customer issues and escalates complex cases to the appropriate bank staff. Knowledgeable about bank products and services. Additionally, Account Services Representative, Sr. identifies cross-selling opportunities as appropriate, and may refer customers to other bank resources. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Services Representative, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Perform day-to-day functions of the clinics front office including, appointment scheduling, patient registration, point-of-service payment collection, and other patient inquiry and problem resolution. Provide courteous and professional service to patients and assist other clinic staff as required. Create a welcoming environment for patients by exemplifying a patient-centered service demeanor.
