We are looking to hire a full-time Account Executive to generate referrals by marketing the services of our Pharmacy, which include the compounding and dispensing of IV and Injectable drugs including Antibiotics, TPN and Specialty Medications to be administered at home or in clinic settings.
We are an independently owned Pharmacy with locations in Las Cruces and El Paso. Our Pharmacies are part of the Vital Care Inc. franchise with over 100 locations across the country. You will be provided initial training regarding the sales/marketing program through Vital Care Inc, data to identify potential referral sources and access to ongoing meetings/training to grow business in the service area. The ideal candidate shall have a strong work ethic, problem solving skills and experience with sales/marketing in related industries.

Job Summary
The sales and marketing representative generates referrals by marketing the services of the franchised pharmacy to the community and completing sales calls. This position reports to the franchised Pharmacy Owner.

Essential Job Functions
Identify potential referral sources for home infusion therapy services in the pharmacy’s geographic service area.
Qualify and quantify potential infusion business from identified referral sources and the efforts required to secure their business.
Schedule business activities to maximize the opportunities to secure these referrals.
Evaluate the competition for infusion business and assist owner with plan to stay competitive in the service area.
Keep accurate and up to date account records, following corporate format, on all accounts called upon to secure business. Identify all key decision-makers in these records.
Report weekly marketing activities to supervisor each Friday. Communicate planned marketing activities to operations staff and provide feedback from referral sources when appropriate.
Utilize clinical staff for “clinician to clinician” marketing opportunities.
Maintain a high knowledge level of current therapies, supplies, and the equipment required to perform the various therapies in the home.
Attend industry relevant meetings, seminars and educational classes, as required to maintain competitive knowledge of the industry.
Assist in developing new markets as they are identified, taking into consideration all rules, regulations, and legal responsibilities of the company.
Refrain from engaging in business or personal activities that could discredit the good name of the company or jeopardize its regulatory good standing.
Performs sales and marketing activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain good rapport with pharmacy employees, Vital Care infusion Services, LLC representatives, and regional manager (if applicable) and uses them as resources of knowledge/information.
Maintains a regular contact with pharmacy and corporate staff to discuss business.

Compensation
Total Compensation will be structured as a Base Salary plus Commission; and is negotiable based on relevant experience. Additionally, you will be provided with an account for general marketing purchases and reimbursement for all work related mileage and expenses.
