J&F Facility Services Inc. provides the highest level of commercial cleaning to our clients. You'll be a driving force in accomplishing our ambitious revenue growth, acquisitions, and client retention objectives in a fast sales cycle environment. Interacts with new and current customers, provides information about the organization’s services, and may respond to customer complaints if needed. He or she must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively to effectively discuss issues and negotiate with others, direct subordinates, and explain our policies and decisions to those within and outside the organization.

About the company: J&F has grown from a local Chippewa Valley cleaning company to being located in 31 different cities with 2 offices.

We intend to take the business to the next level throughout the entire state. That's why we need a dedicated and network-oriented business development / marketing person to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team to create sales pipelines and close sales
• Identify key partners in the industry and generate interest
• Generate leads and build relationships to ensure customer conversion and revenue growth
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Follow up on leads to convert customers
• Present and sell company products to new individuals and groups
• Promote new business and maintain customer relationships
• Research and understand client requirements
• Manage new and existing business and oversee staff responsible for servicing projects
• Ensure that all customer complaints are handled professionally, appropriately, and in a timely manner
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Qualifications:

• Supervisory or managerial experience
• Experience in the cleaning and/or facility management field
• Demonstrates strong skills in: Communication, Decision-making, Leadership, and Problem-solving
• Demonstrates professional and political aptitude
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Expertise in email marketing
• Strong online marketing skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and multi-task
