Account Services Representative, Sr. jobs in Melbourne, FL
Account Services Representative, Sr. provides superior customer service to account holders by responding to questions about their account and processing transactions and fills in as teller as needed. May process account openings, closings, and distributions following standard procedures and regulations. Being an Account Services Representative, Sr. resolves customer issues and escalates complex cases to the appropriate bank staff. Knowledgeable about bank products and services. Additionally, Account Services Representative, Sr. identifies cross-selling opportunities as appropriate, and may refer customers to other bank resources. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Services Representative, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Along with listed responsibilities, other tasks will vary, this position is centered around client retention. Strong communication skills, phone system proficiency, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
