This position works directly with the Agency Office Manager and/or Sales Leader to achieve the sales goals of the Agency. Producers are also responsible for assisting in management of specific processes, insuring accomplishment of all goals and expectations as well as servicing existing clients when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Conduct thorough analysis of client's current insurance policies and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is a plus
