Additionally, Account Services Representative, Sr. identifies cross-selling opportunities as appropriate, and may refer customers to other bank resources. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Services Representative, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
