Account Services Representative, Sr. provides superior customer service to account holders by responding to questions about their account and processing transactions and fills in as teller as needed. May process account openings, closings, and distributions following standard procedures and regulations. Being an Account Services Representative, Sr. resolves customer issues and escalates complex cases to the appropriate bank staff. Knowledgeable about bank products and services. Additionally, Account Services Representative, Sr. identifies cross-selling opportunities as appropriate, and may refer customers to other bank resources. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Services Representative, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. The ideal Paralegal and Account Representative candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, will be able to think critically and is enthusiastic to learn legal and court system processes across multiple jurisdictions. The candidate will be communicating with defendants via inbound and outbound phone calls. Sales, collections and customer service experience on the phones are a plus. Bilingual candidates may be eligible for increased starting compensation.
