Client Services Account Manager Job Objective:
The Client Services Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients by providing efficient client support and services. The CSAM coordinates with internal teams to deliver on client expectations, to deliver on Company objectives, and to strengthen the relationships between Wisetek Solutions and its clients.
Essential Functions of the Job:

Develop deep understanding of client requirements and work closely with direct client base
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Lead the daily/monthly and quarterly operation that delivers on client's business requirements
Monitor and control costs in line with contractual price structures
Be responsible for process enhancements within the overall client service group
Communicate operational efficiency to management
Drive visible performance management, use KPI's to track progress, monitoring actual performance versus plan promoting awareness to enable improvement
Conducting accurate demand forecasting, planning, and delivery - collaboratively with other supporting teams (including external partner base)
Identifying and eliminating root cause barriers to accuracy and productivity & implement solutions
Participating in business leadership meetings; developing and driving strategies and programs which improve the competitive position and profitability of the organization
Management of stakeholder expectations
Develop strategies to optimize procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
3 years of experience in Client Services or a related field, with preference given to the IT, Manufacturing and/or ITAD space.
3-4 years project management experience
The ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
Certification or proficiency in Lean Sigma/Lean Processes
Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel
Technical Proficiency using CRM software
Proficient in MS Office, and Video Conferencing
Mastery of written and spoken English, multi-lingual preferred.
