Job Summary:
Hall Companies are looking for an Accountant to assist in all accounting duties at their company headquarters in Yuma, AZ.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree is required, preferred in Accounting,

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration will also be considered.

Work Experience:

- Two years of work experience is preferred but not required

- Any work in accounting, finance, or similar areas of employment will be considered

- Advanced education may be substituted for work experience

Work Environment:

- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm at company headquarters in Yuma, AZ

- Must currently live in Yuma, AZ or have strong existing local ties to the city

Travel:

- Travel within the City of Yuma and some out-of-state travel to may be required periodically

Duties:
- Learning the flow of accounting information within the company and obtaining industry knowledge in residential real estate, commercial real estate, cattle ranching, and agriculture

- Recording accounting transactions including: AP, AR, payroll, and journal entries

- Perform bank reconciliations

- Internal auditing

- Analysis and reporting for subsidiary businesses

- Potential for growth and future advancement in one or more of the four divisions currently growing within the company: (Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Cattle Ranching, and Agriculture)

After a successful candidate demonstrates a sufficient amount of maturity, competence, and diligence then, opportunities to advance within the organization will become available as current divisions grow and new divisions are created.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
