WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented Accountant with knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• GAAP’s
• Balance Sheet Preparation & Analysis
• Profit and Loss Preparation & Analysis
• Journal Entries
• Bank & AMEX Reconciliations
• Payroll Reconciliation
• ERP – Quick Books – Advanced level
• General and Cost Accounting
• General Ledger maintenance- Classification invoices, reconcile accounts, and close the monthly books
• A/R and A/P Process knowledge and monitoring
• Ad Hoc requests from Management
• Team player
• Take projects from beginning to end

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Five years or more experience in non-profit accounting preferred.

• Bachelor’s in accounting or finance preferred.

• Must have experience with QuickBooks.

• Level 2 background screen and a negative drug screen
• Professional References
• Current valid driver’s license in the State of Florida

Salary: $47,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
