Accounting Clerk jobs in Charleston, WV

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant or Bookkeeper, with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and analytical experience to join our team. Prior experience in a service-oriented business environment is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• One to two years of related accounting experience.
• Experience in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Tracking employee credit cards experience.
• Collaborating with management in timely reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Experience with accounting standards and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Communication skills and the highest levels of integrity and tact.
• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
