Responsibilities

• Review & audit car deals from F&I for all required paperwork to ensure compliance with GM and company policies
• Post car deals into accounting to General Ledger
• Perform accounting functions, and maintain accounting schedules associated with billing vehicle deals.
• Process time-sensitive contracts as required by financial institutions and send in a timely manner to ensure quick funding
• Provides support for the Title clerk by reviewing and preparing information for the DMV, Process trade in paperwork and payoffs(license, registration, title, etc.)
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Post bank proceeds to the general ledger.
• Create and manage spreadsheets for sales commissions.
• Warranties and aftermarkets submissions/cancellations
• Communicate regularly with F&I Managers and Sales Managers to further strengthen processes and build in efficiencies where applicable.
• Incentive submission and research
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous accounting and administrative experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be extremely organized to meet demanding deadlines.
• Be detail orientated and a team player
• Have a “working” knowledge of Excel with the ability to build spreadsheets that contain formulas
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
