Description

Responsibilities include keeping financial records updated and accurate to ensure all financial reporting can be quickly and clearly communicated to management. The primary responsibility of this position will be accounts payable.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
• Review invoice entry for accuracy
• Review statements monthly
• Maintain vendor file
• Complete vendor payments
• Vendor communication
• Distribution of Vendor Invoices
• Filing
• Assist in month-end procedures
• Power user of accounting software invoice entry
• Receive and disburse cash
• Reconcile and report discrepancies in records
• Performs other duties as assigned
