CMC is looking for a Finance professional who enjoys the full spectrum of healthcare accounting and financial administration. You'll work closely with the CEO and the rest of the leadership team to assure ongoing success of the medical center. CMC is a small, independent Tax District Hospital with a strong balance sheet, an engaged Board of Trustees, and superior patient satisfaction ratings. With just 70 total employees, there is only one Finance leadership position in a two-person department – so the successful candidate must have a strong grasp of all key financial management functions and the ability to do everything from basic Accounts Payable to complex budget planning and financial analysis. JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for directing all aspects of the Finance department at Cascade Medical Center (CMC). Directs CMC financial planning and maintenance of accounting, financial and statistical records. Develops and implements all Finance policies to ensure smooth and continuous operation of entire Finance system. Incumbent reports to the CEO and works collaboratively as part of the CMC leadership team to achieve the hospital's mission and vision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• CPA and/or MBA/MHSA preferred
• Three (3) or more years of progressively responsible healthcare finance experience
• One (1) year of experience in rural health preferred
• Excellent management and communication skills
