• Play a crucial role supporting company initiatives directly with the VP of Finance.
• Own, maintain, and retrieve data, manage cash flow, forecast financials, and contribute to month-end close.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team to achieve organizational financial goals. Provide insightful analyses, recommendations, and staff direction to ensure strategic alignment.
• Develop and implement effective accounting strategies. Leverage your expertise to advise on strategic direction, establish functional objectives, and design efficient systems.
• Drive financial operations for optimal performance. Analyze trends, set key metrics, and implement solutions to enhance production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Deliver accurate financial projections. Coordinate budget and forecast preparation, consolidate data, and advise departments on data collection and analysis.
• Maintain healthy cash flow. Proactively forecast cash requirements and obligations to ensure sufficient funds.
• Navigate tax complexities. Minimize legal tax burdens by studying regulations, proposing tax strategies, and filing returns efficiently.

Experience & Education

• At least 8 years of relevant accounting experience including working in a leadership capacity.
• CPA
• Proven experience managing accounting staff and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
