Reporting: This person will report to the Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

· Chargeable equipment setup and processing

· Job and cost account setup

· Job cost and estimate transfers

· Job cost reporting

Desired Skills Experience and Personal Characteristics

· 2 years of previous accounting experience, preferably in a construction environment

· Practical knowledge of accounting theories and practices

· Ability to handle and protect confidential information

· Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and work independently, with minimal supervision

· Demonstrate prioritization, organization, and time management skills

· Must be a team player, detail-oriented with strong computer skills and be able to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment

· Familiarity with Sage Accounting preferred

· Willing to work 40 hours per week on a regular basis

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• La Porte, IN 46350: Relocate before starting work (Required)
