Experience:

- Over two years of hands-on bookkeeping experience within a computerized environment, including proficiency in bank reconciliations.

- Extensive background in small business office settings, with over two years of experience.

- Demonstrated expertise with MS Word and Excel, with over two years of practical application.

- Minimum one year’s experience working with a CRM system.

- At least two years of familiarity with tax preparation software, preferably Pro-System FX Tax.

Technologies:

- Proficiency in utilizing a CRM system, particularly Karbon, for efficient time tracking and billing management.

- Skilled in MS Outlook and Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Teams) for effective communication and collaboration.

- Experience with both QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online for comprehensive financial management.

- Familiarity with Pro-System FX Tax software for efficient tax preparation and compliance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
