Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager will perform General fiscal duties as outlined in fiscal policies. Maintain oversight and implementation of fiscal principles and practices, delegation of fiscal duties within the finance department and responsible for the supervision over account payables and cash receipts. Will also assist staff in the execution of general accounting and bookkeeping functions. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to performing of essential entries, preparation of reports, maintaining appropriate file keeping systems, and providing accounting support for Program Directors and accounting needs of ITCN. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to multi-task. This role will help contribute to the overall efficiency and improvement of financial operations.
