Accounting Supervisor jobs in El Paso, TX

Key Responsibilities:

Billing:

• Prepare, issue, and manage invoices and billing statements.
• Track and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Payroll:

• Assist in processing payroll in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions.
• Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.

Accounting Support:

• Provide support for various accounting tasks such as ledger entries, document preparation, and financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the finance department's operations.
• Help with auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an accounting assistant role, or similar, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
