- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must know Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial
