Job Description:

The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including managing a team of accountants and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Manage a team of accountants, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on accounting-related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
