Automotive Accounts Payable Clerk

Toyota Knoxville is currently hiring for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. This position will be critical and a very unique opportunity within the organization. Candidates must have experience working in an accounting office and be ready to work in a fantastic and hard-working team environment.

Responsibilities - Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Maintain Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards
• Maintain sales tax-exempt information
• Post accounts payable invoices
• Record and maintain all 1099 information
• Process 1099 year-end forms and reports
• Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner
• Issue Purchase Orders to vendors as necessary
• Maintain adequate office supplies

Qualifications/Requirements - Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk required
• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights the first week of the month
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Team-oriented
• Professional personal appearance
• Valid driver's license
