General Job Responsibilities:

• Reconciles and deposits service and parts receipts, daily.
• Enters finalized cash receipts and updated accounts receivable ledger by customer.
• Prepares cash deposits and check deposits daily.
• Reconciles daily credit card deposits.
• Maintains petty cash.
• Reconciles statements and follows up with managers on collections, as necessary.
• Prepares accounts receivable statements monthly.
• Answers accounts receivable and payable phone calls.
• Updates customers' account information as needed.
• Prepares accounts payable checks on all open invoices daily.
• Reconciles statement and the ledger making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedules.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Submit co-op advertising to GM.
• Reconciles inventory files monthly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
• Occasional Saturday 8am – 2pm

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of accounts payable/ receivable preferable.
• Intermediate understanding of accounting functions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong follow-up abilities.
• Willingness to take initiative and accomplish tasks.
• Driven to go above and beyond the task at hand.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
