Accounts Payable Clerk jobs in Lubbock, TX

The Accounts Payable Clerk I is a part time accounts payable clerk that supports the accounting team. This position requires strong professional communication with vendors as well as the business team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring complete and accurate new vendor setup

• Responsible for complete and accurate new EFT setup for new or existing vendors

• Meet continual deadlines and multitask

• Provide excellent service to all partners and team members

• Responsible for maintaining effective and professional relationships with partners, team members and guests including professional email communication

• Performs other duties as requested or required by supervisor

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Excellent with data entry and 10-key

• Knowledge in Accounts Payable

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written

• Ability to function as a team member and get along with others

• Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
