We are currently recruting for an Accounts Payable Clerk at our Linden, NJ Offices.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for managing our company’s bills and managing our accounts payable ledger. You will be tasked with receiving, and logging invoices in the ledger, as well as other duties like bank reconciliations vendor reconciliation, accounts payable invoice and data entry.

The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word and Excel. QuickBooks experience necessary. The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk must have a good understanding of payments, the accounting process, and budgeting. Must also be capable of working independently.

Accounts Payable Clerk overall Job Duties:

• Computer skills to include word, excel, QuickBooks and Outlook.

• Post invoices into QuickBooks
